Haven't uploaded in quite sometime, so I thought it was appropriate to upload something I've been working on in my free time. It's of the TARDIS above the Earth in my (still improving) Van Gogh style. Will upload more once I get the chance ^_^.

Oh, it's actually pretty easy :P I definitely suggest it. Just Youtube the basics, and from there on self-learn. The "Pen-tool" is very helpful :P.
